I have joined many Paid-To-Clicks (PTC) programs for years and found that a lot of them are  pure scams. Personally I discourage other people to use PTC programs because not only is it time-draining.  PTC is a kind of program that will supposedly gives you money each time you click on a web advertisement. For example, when a web user clicks on a banner advertising McDonald's food, an small amount of money , usually $0.01,  will be transfered to your PayPal account.  The program allows you to make much more by refering the advertisements to other people and their clicks will also lead to more cash in your account.
